Who can apply to the ideCAD Affiliate Program?
AEC educators, content creators, industry websites, newsletters, training organizations, communities, associations, consultants, and professional networks with a relevant audience may apply. Every application is reviewed individually.
How much commission can an affiliate earn?
Approved affiliates can earn 10% commission on eligible first purchases attributed through their unique referral link. Renewals, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, self-referrals, and ineligible transactions do not generate commission.
How long is a referral tracked?
The program uses a 60-day referral window. Attribution remains subject to the tracking rules and other conditions stated in the Affiliate Agreement.
Do affiliates need to sell, demonstrate, onboard, or support ideCAD?
No. The affiliate role is referral-based. ideCAD handles product consultation, checkout, licensing, onboarding, and customer support. Affiliates must not present themselves as authorized resellers unless separately appointed in writing.
Can I use ideCAD logos, screenshots, and product claims?
Approved affiliates may use current materials supplied or authorized by ideCAD and must follow the applicable brand guidelines. Misleading, outdated, unapproved, or trademark-infringing promotion is not permitted
How and when are commissions paid?
The payment schedule, minimum payout threshold, invoicing or tax-document requirements, supported payment methods, and validation period are defined for approved affiliates in the Affiliate Agreement or affiliate platform.
What is the difference between an affiliate and a reseller?
An affiliate refers prospects through a tracked link and does not provide local sales or customer services. A reseller actively develops the market through sales, demonstrations, onboarding, training, and first-line support under a separate written agreement.
